This has been one of He's favorite outfits lately, the shorts with boots look. Can be worn as shown, or also worn with tights, either way its a homerun. Actually if you trade in the boots for heels it still works great. He thinks it is the short shorts that really make the outfit, something about the formal style that they hold. A great way to finish this outfit off is with a blazer.-He
