Indian Fashion Trends: Indian Jewelery (Diamond) Market & it's Major Players

Indian Top Diamond Brands:

Due to Globalization India is now an open market to all, after the tear 2000. the boom in the economy is due to FDI & FII's, It has and tremendous impact on Indian Companies as well as Foreign Enterprises. Now Indians have more buying capacity comparing to 90's, with the continuous entries of Foreign Big Player in the market, the Indian companies too change their way of business.

In 1990's the Local Jewelery shops were catering only local customers, now in 2000's we have many Indian major player's in the market serving at par or even better than global standards. Today's i want to share few of the Indian major Jewelery (Diamond) makers. Branded Jewelery has changed the Jewelery market in India, some of them are:

TANISHQ: A well know brand owned by Titan Industries Ltd. (One of the oldest companies of India) It was launched in 1995 and one of the oldest branded jewelery maker here in India. They are very popular in urban population & currently has 84 outlets in 61 cities.

KIAH: It;s another sparkling Indian brand know for it;s innovative and extractive designs. This brand was launched by Sheetal Manufacturing in 2004, they had the Best Showroom Award on their kitty for 2005-06 by DTC Diamond Season. The meaning of the name is 'Beautiful Place'.

D'DAMAS: It's a JV between well known Jewelery manufacturer Gitanjali Gems & Dubai based Damas Group. They have their presence in 159 cities.

ADORA: Created by Mumbai (Bombay) Jewelery Corp. They have 65 outlets in 36 cities across India. They have created an exclusive brand "Swaranjali" for the Singing maestro Lata Mangeshkar.

Day by day the branded Jewelery marketing is increasing, though its still a very tiny part of total Jewelery market in India (estimated $ 26 Billion in 2012)

If you have any query feel free to post that as comment, i will try to answer that.

Indian Fashion Trends: New Airtel Advertisement Video 2010 (3G Technology)

Bharti Airtel launched it's new logo to unite its operation from 19 countries across Asia & Africa. Though they yet to name their new logo (Currently conducting a name game contest on the Official Site), they have recently launched a new blog showing their new logo and new 3G technology ad.

Let me show you the ad first, then i will discuss the ad in more details...

Interpretation:

In the beginning they have shown the couple were saying bye to each other, but on the next moment she came back to him, this happened each time they departed from each other. At the last, when the boy boarded the train, the girl became sad, but with a surprise the sorrow turned into joy when she saw her love on the platform again.

At the end, the voice said, 'HUMARI DUNIYA MEIN, AAP KABHI ZUDA NAA HONGE...DIL JO CHAHE PAAS LAYE...AIRTEL'

Moral: with Airtel 3G technology, you can always stay connected with your love once, even whey he/she is far from you, with Airtel 3G technology they can now do live video chat.

Hope you like the ad from Airtel 3G.
For any kind of question, ask me as comment.

Indian Fashion Trends: Top Indian Wedding Sarees & Top Indian Designers

When we talk about Indian Fashion, the one I thing defiantly want to share is how Indian Wedding sarees, specially designed by top notch designers of India are changing Indian weddings.

Since the ancient time, saree is a part of Indian rich culture, but since the Globalization hit the India, the entire culture is moving very fast towards westernization, but still not even a single Traditional Indian Wedding completes without a Saree.

Embroidery work is possibly the best form of art, which is highly demanded in Western world as well as Indian sub continent.
