Welcome back to our weekly FashionVOTE by He - Who Wore it Better? "Models Looking Good in Red" is this weeks motto. Months ago, He wrote a post asking Models why they typically look so bad when they aren't being paid to look good. It would seem that models around the world, read the He post, and decided to step up their games. On that note, applause to all the models in NYC lately, because He has seen a ton of you walking around looking amazing. So He wants to give some credit where its due....But for now...Let's see how the ladies of "Who Wore it Better?" did this week. He breaks down the two looks...

Girl 1: Or should He say, Model 1, super tall, black leggings, little flap over bottle heels. Nothing too high, but this chick was seriously tall. He is a tall guy, but this chick had even He beat. There was like a floral flowing dress underneath. Bright red jacket and a small shoulder bag. Model 1 got He's attention, but not sure everyone else was looking. Hair up.
Girl 2: AKA Model 2, brought her freakin game out today. Again, Hair up and we got the short red jacket, black leggings. To stay warm Model 2 had on a HUGE scarf, like it was probably enough scarf material for 2-3 people, but somehow it worked. For a tall chick to strap on a high pair of wedges, you instantly get He's attention and Approval.

READER EMAIL: Who Invented Jeggings...???

Inventing JEGGINGS was a great idea but I'm not average size and every time I go 2 try on a pair they're simply not long enough. Just asking if u could make them n tall sizes. I'm sure I'm not the only 1. Please and THX n advance. -tawonia

For everyone and anyone who happens to come across this blog, and for the many others idolizing He for the invention of Jeggings...Let's all get on the same page right now, as great and amazing as He, and yes He is the King of Fashion, so therefore all ideas invented under the leadership of He, are technically He's ideas anyway. HE DID NOT INVENT JEGGINGS. HE has only ever had one really awesome ideas as good as good as Jeggings, you can read about it here. Yes He is brilliant and should have thought of inventing Jeggings, but sadly He did not. Not sure why so many people think He actually invented jeggings, but they do. Pretty sure if He had invented jeggings, He would be sitting on a beach right now surrounding by hot girls in jeggings, not blogging every day trying to take over the world. Let's not forget He is a big fan of jeggings.

More People Take He's Ideas...

Way back in November of 09, He wrote about a great idea of combining leggings or jeans and lace. But the lace underneath so that it shows through kinda look. Well after He shared another brillant idea with the world, Cheap Monday obviously stole the idea. Apparently it was such a good idea that now Sauce has the leggings/lace combo too. That's OK Fashion World, keep stealing He's amazing ideas and let people think they are your own. No big deal, not like He is trying to take over the world or anything, oh wait that's right, He is.

Looking Good at the Gym...He Approved Ways.

Believe it or not there is a way to look good (sexy) even in gym clothes. Black Leggings a Must! Girls in sneakers believe it or not can look good. Remember that Ankle Cleavage post from a while ago, well it still holds true. Remember even though you are going to the gym to get into He Approved shaped, doesn't mean you can slack off and not look He Approved at the gym. What better time to get down with your partner then after the gym, already hot and sweaty, might as well get in the after gym work out. Hopefully you don't sweat too too much, no one wants to be dripped on.

He totally understands that fringe is cool right now, but there is a time and location for it. On the back of your leggings, to make your legs look like a horses mane is no place for fringe. Leggings as Pants - Not for All!

Black leggings as pants is a phenomenal look, and it typically brings a smile to He's face. But the world needs to recognize that this look is not for all. Much like many other He Approved style, not everything is for everyone. Somethings are better left covered.

Fur Vest, Black Leggings, High Wedge Shoes, and of course like all other girls with a fur vest, a HUGE bag. Definitely a He Approved look for Tuesday.

Not Everyone Can Wear Leggings as Pants...

If you are going to wear black leggings and keep in mind He isn't trying to be too mean here, the majority of people need to wear a long top to cover up their ass. There is always the argument that leggings are not pants, but what is missed is that little star (*) that should go on the argument. Leggings can be pants, but only on the right body type. You know who you are, there are the cans an can nots, nothing wrong with being a can bot, but you need to dress more accordingly.

P.S. He knows He totally avoiding the UGGs in this picture, but if you didn't' realize how stumpy they make your legs look by now, well there is no eye doctor in the world that is gonna be able to help you out.

Wake Up with WOW Girl...

He had a real good weekend and it's feeling like it's gonna be a strong week when you can start the week off with someone this hot. Obviously a model, if you know who she is, have her contact He ASAP. Chick is wearing like 10" heels, black leggings and a gray light weight alternative apparel or something tank top. Ever wonder what it takes to turn heads, well everyone except the dude in the glasses was checking this chick out. He took a picture, thought it would last longer. Have We Gone Too Far With Leggings?

He is confident you can now get leggings in any design patter imagineable. We have begun to take this look to an extreme that is unhealthy. Just because leggings are popular and animal print is popular, there is no reason for every animal or patter on this world to be combined into a leggings. Enough is enough already. Snake print leggings might look good in some situations, but not with dirty flip flops and a plain white tank. If you are going to wear this look, stick with all black leggings, that way He can enjoy the view without getting angry.

Cuddling Up Next to He....

Well with more snow falling in NYC, He got an emailing asking for Tips on good "cuddling up" apparel. It was actually a great idea, middle of winter, what is better then sleeping late, breakfast in bed, and cuddling up on the couch? Who wouldn't want an opportunity to do that with He for a weekend? In case you did get the chance, here is a little preview of what He would expect from a CozHe lady, listed in no special order.

1) Yoga Pants - Leggings - Gods give to man.
2) Hanes White Tank Tops - aka wife beaters - No Bra Needed - one of He's Favorite looks of all times.
4) Boyfriend Button down - Means it was a good night, pair with boy shorts for extreme happiness.
5) Pajama Pants - Cute but Pajama shorts are cuter
6) Boy shorts - Never Granny P*nties, no way no how, Boy shorts are the way to go, pair with a tank top, long sleeve shirt, pretty much anything and He will be happy.
7) T-Shirts - The softer the better, a boyfriends, a hand-me-down, but again He prefers the bra remains on the floor.
8) Lingerie, Lace, Babydolls, Teddys, etc - Don't get He wrong, He loves all of these, but are better at night then they are in the morning. Make the switch over to something more comfortable and cute. Leave the sexy and hot outfits as a memory of the night.

And of course no matter what you end up wearing, remember, He takes He's coffee black, eggs over easy and butter on white toast.

Bless you Black Leggings. You make every male head turn as you pass him by. You can make a good ass great and an average ass enjoyable. Haters will say you should not be worn as pants, He strongly disagrees. Never has a product increased the popularity of the Ass quite like you have. While not every woman can wear you and have the same success, for the ladies that get to sport this look and drive us men crazy, you truly are the lucky ones.

Black Milk never tasted so good...

Leggings, Leggings, and more Leggings. Well you ladies just cannot get enough of these can you. He wants to bring you a new find of his. Black Milk makes some really cool leggings. He thinks that the Lace Spartans are by far the hottest available, the perfect mix of lace and elastic looking leather. (see pic above) Lace is so freakin hot right now, its everywhere. Leggings are probably tied in hotness levels. How did someone not make this combination sooner.

If you are feeling really crazy, check out their chained leggings. You heard He right, leggings with chains, pretty hot stuff.

You need a He-ro...

Leggings are everywhere, but leggings over heels are still just starting out. This look definitely helps extend your legs, longer legs equals thinner legs. Instead of wearing long pants, long leggings are a great way to change up the look. Don't try this look with short heels, as it will look ridiculous and you will end up on the blog getting bashed. Any excuse to wear leggings, usually will get a He approval.

He likes the leggings, heels and boyfriend blazer. The color combination is not the best, but the outfit still works. Should have gone with black leggings. He approves.

Too Much of One Color...Never Good

Watch Out Fellas! This Look is a Killer.

He is telling you boots and black leggings are gonna run wild on the world this winter. It will be the biggest fashion takeover since the zipper. While most girls tend to go for the black or brown boot, the bold one's go outside the box and buy a pair of gray boots. The fashion world is reporting a huge increase in gray boot sales since this posting. Thanks to He for another great tip!

STOP the insanity...

Editors Note: He is the biggest sporter of the leggings look. He things leggings on most girls (not everyone) is a great great thing. Having said that, He does have some issues to discuss.

The leggings trend is starting to go to far. Before winter comes on in, He wants to make sure we are clear on good and bad leggings. First off, if you have tights that rip, that does not automatically make them fashionable. He understands that the ripped stockings look is in, but just any old rip isn't the trend. Next, two-toned leggings are not going to work either. Leggings with designs, shapes or multiple colors are out. Finally, there is an age old quote, "Keep it simple stupid." Think of that quote everytime you look at some of these leggings. Do He a favor, don't buy them. A simple black legging will work just fine for almost all outfits.
